About Me
Hi, I'm Caroline Forari, the in-house wedding coordinator at The Barn At The Woods.
With over 16 years of experience in customer service, beauty, and retail, I discovered my passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences. I thrive on organization, communication, and bringing beautiful ideas to life while helping couples enjoy a stress-free planning process.
As a lifelong creative, I love designing meaningful details and transforming visions into memorable celebrations. From the first planning meeting to the final send-off, my goal is to ensure every couple feels supported, confident, and excited throughout their wedding journey.
When I'm not coordinating weddings, you'll find me spending time with my husband, my high school sweetheart, and our daughter. We love being outdoors, whether we're at the lake, fishing, or making memories together as a family.

For weddings located within 30 miles of Edmond, a flat travel fee of $50 will apply. For venues located more than 30 miles from Edmond, travel is billed at $0.70 per mile, calculated as round-trip mileage from Edmond to the venue location.
Travel fees will be included in your proposal so there are no surprises during the planning process.
Wedding Day Management
For the “DIY” couple who needs assistance with Professional Vendor recommendations and contacts but will communicate and settle contracts on their own. Day-of timeline management and overseer of your wedding event.
For weddings that require traveling, a custom quote will be provided based on the venue location and accommodations needed.

From setting up tables, chairs, decor, and rentals to cleaning up at the end of the event, this service ensures a smooth flow of your wedding day without the stress of event setup & cleanup.

This service includes assisting with the cake cutting, serving the cake to guests, and handling any necessary cleanup afterward.

Let us guide you through your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring the bridal party knows their roles and timing, so the actual ceremony runs seamlessly. This service includes coordination of all participants and walk-throughs of the ceremony timing.

A wedding coordinator will be on hand to assist with the ceremony flow, ensuring everything goes as planned from start to finish. This includes managing the processional, timing, cues for music or transitions, and supporting the officiant and bridal party.
